So as a guardian in this field, you (Google) have to start a new platform where you have to provide funding & research facilities for new innovative idea to prototype Design to final Startup.
99% of innovative ideas are just remains ideas because they don't have money and proper guidance.

One of the main topics in grammer school, in the sixties was pollution , living in Boyle Heights . Where all the FWY'S interchange . You got the begining of the 101 fwy, goldenstate 5, the 10 W. & E., and the latest was the 60 FWY known as Pomona FWY. Then theres all the industry next door, or half a mile away City of Vernon. To this day the pollution continues .

I think we should use a hydrogen engine with the following mechanism: use an electrolytic machine to separate oxygen and hydrogen from water and then burn them inside the jet engine of an airplane, after burning the hydrogen in the oxygen. Will produce steam by that chemical reaction .The steam condensation produces water in liquid form then go back to the electrolysis machine and start the master again. The part of the jet engine's force will be transmitted to the gears to rotate the chain
