we can see the growth in China, but still many problems, the inflation rate in China is prominent, 2% every year? No way, some basic comodity price is doubled in the last few years, the house price triple? And Huge debt of the local authority and citizens.

You can improve GDP by building ghost cities. But If no one can afford to live there, because of the populations poverty, then its a false economy. True economy figures should be measured in cash flow & customer spending.
