A pioneer of the internet and key figure in the WorldWideWeb project (later renamed Nexus), Jean-Francois Groff provides a detailed account of his career and contributions. The focus of this interview is on his time at CERN and his collaboration with Tim Berners-Lee. Groff goes on to discuss his career after leaving CERN in 1992, first working for Steve Jobs at NeXT Computer. Jobs offered him a position in R&D in California but Groff opted to stay in Geneva and began his own company building web systems for other institutions.

Man kinda sad that this video only has 245 views. As I write this I notice that the video is only up for a little over a week, but it is amazing the amount of knowledge these people have, and it is so important and great that it is being recorded.

@ComputerHistory, when naming videos START WITH what the creation / contribution is that way more people will have interest in watching. Few know Jean-François Groff but everyone knows WWW. "WWW, the History by Jean-François Groff" is a far better YouTube title.
