Great cook, instead of using regular bricks, try using ceramic bricks or 'vuuurvaste stenen'. It has the benefit of holding heat better and thus more stable temp in the kettle as well as more economic with your charcoal/briquettes.

I love baby back ribs after cooking 2.5 hours. For a sandwich though that is a great idea.

Dang went to buy the seasoning but here in America we are used to most being around $8-12.
Looks great though!!!

You contradict yourself when it comes to the Tzatziki. You say you find a tzatziki a little bit thick, so you grate the cucumber in, not removing any of the liquid. Then you say you don’t have to worry about it becoming runny because you have a greek style yoghurt?
