might need to mention that you have append setup in the preferences, in case anyone wonders the way you marked the asset wont be able to move it when imported trough library if its linked, if you mark as an asset the collection instead you will be able to move it and preserve the linked status

Hi. I have all of my assets showing in the asset library, but i cant assign them to individual catalogues. It just shows that forbidden sign. Any ideas?

what a stupid system!!!
That is, every time I have to save both the project file and the path to the assets folder
Because of this, I have 2 files with the same names in my recent files.
in which I start without
what were they thinking anyway?

Why not just save everything into one central folder or blend file instead of this mess

Thanks for the video, it helps but it doesn't fix blender asset management process from being unintuitive and ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
