Honest question cause I’m limited on space. I’m in central Kentucky and my garage gets super hot in the summer. But when I touch an inanimate object in the garage the object itself is not hot (unlike items left in direct sunlight).

And I opened a tote last summer and noticed my sleeping bag and other items were even cool to the touch. Makes me think maybe dry goods inside container are not getting hot.

Are we sure the hot and cold garage is that bad? I want to get more food but just out of space.
