I literally overthink what i do in school, i feel so lonely cuz everyone has a buddy except for me😢

I remember finding where my friends were hanging out without me at school, and I felt left out and like I did something wrong for them to not tell where they were hanging out because I'd spent the whole lunch period looking for them, scared, because when I'm alone, I overthink and get rlly deep in thought (which makes me think rlly negative avt myself) so I felt like a burden when I found them finally and I left, so I wouldn't be a bother to them
