I read somewhere that resveratrol was good at making scencent cells revert back to normal at low doses. If you were to orally combine NMN with low trans-resveratrol, theoretically you may see a reverse of scenscent cells

Can we estimate what oral dosing of NMN would generate the concentrations used in this study for an averqage 70Kg Human?
I think you mentioned 100 micro molar concentration in this case.

I think the question is still unanswered whether rescuing senescent cells is good. Development of senescence is also related to telomere length and protective against replication of damaged DNA. Allowing these cells to continue to divide with shortened telomeres my allow mutations to reproduce and lead to malignant cells.
