I was surprised that someone managed to fit a pole (and somehow use it without injuring themselves) into a 11m² apartment but then I remembered I have a small trampoline in my 10m² student dorm lol. Tours of small apartments are always so fascinating because they clearly show what kind of hobbies and lifestyle the inhabitants prioritize whether that's exercise equipment, plant babies, creative toilet paper arrangements or the big bed that fits two to three people ;) Bigger apartments are often a bit more about following trends or trying to impress visitors.

The rents are SO affordable! Nothing like I imagined. In my Scandinavian city a studio of 40m2 in the center would be 1300€.

Aot. #1 - You could make great use of a piece of wood large enough to cover the washing machine and use for meal prep. Near the top this cutting board, drill a hole, so you can hang it on the wall, when you're using the machine.
