AMD RX 580X DEBUNKED + Farewell to Fermi

There has a been a rumor circulating about a Polaris refresh with an RX 500X series that now appears to simply be mobile GPUs. Also, Nvidia cuts out support for 32-bit operating systems & Fermi GPUs.

Looking at this card on a hp omen 880 Ryzen desktop system. Looking at the AMD website looks like there is no dvi support for this card. Can someone confirm this is true?
