Thank you for this, spent the last hour trying to figure out why it kept booting into safe mode!!

after 48 hours locked on safe boot procedure, and last 7 hours trying to fix it with system repair and other means from net advices, after I gived up for today trying to go to bed and continue tomorow, I did last search and find your beautifull explanation... That Worked and my PC works normaly now :) Tnx A Million brother!! :)

My laptop got black screen with safe mode text on every corner of the screen *thats on safe mode* but i can not acces taskbar search bar or anything just my cursor and the safe mode text help
