Jim Reeves died in the crash of his private on July 31, 1964 ( 4 months after my 10th birthday) ; Patsy Cline was also killed in a plane crash on March 5, 1963 ( one day before my ninth birthday)... Athough I was only 8-9 / 10 years of age when they both departed, I had already loved their singing ... My mom used to listen their music all day long...reckon she had a prized musical taste. These two " special performers " transformed the lives of many with their voices...

2 very awesome legends killed at a remarkably young age (in a tragic airplane accident enroute to a concert) with tons of hits combined and single.
I think this song is a #1 hit at its time of release. Country Music don't get any better than this.
Their both greatly missed by millions of people. Timeless classics will live forever.
RIP Mr Jim Reeves & Mrs. Patsy Cline. <3 <3
