I have that dewalt and use it sometimes never a issue but not enough use personally. I loved the size they cut off on it thats aprecated. The dewalt i use the most is the dcf 999 or flexvolt mud mixer for doing things they were never intended to do(post holes 8-12wide and 2in plus by 2-3ft long auger bits into old studs not hole saws). I do with they made a 3 speed compact model thats what i really want. No shame for kobalt they are a decently made chevron product and good for a budget. Ive been using my skil 12v a fair bit latley and theres almost no loss vs m12 other than the surge's noise. Good stuff thanks for the video.

I have all the XTR and regular Kobalt tools. I use them daily as a facilities manager. Great tools and great prices.

It's a drill not an impact. The lag screw is too much. You need an impact driver or wrench.

Unless you go big with the 999 or 1007 from Dewalt the XTR is the better choice. My dewalt 850 impact driver would finish off that Lag.

I got the Kobalt Xtr set on sale. It came with the Drill, impact, circular saw, reciprocating saw, and a flashlight. The kit also came with two free tools which I got the router and jig saw and a free ultimate output battery for like $540.

Kobalt has anti kickback protection. This dewalt model does not

i feel like people see the price of things and assume the more expensive is better... Milwaukee is completely overrated. they want to make the MOST money off you lol and rely on your "loyalty". lowes is a huge company and can make tools that are the exact same for cheaper. you do what you will with that info lol
