Calculating the correlation seems easy in this step by step video. I also now understand better with the actual equation viewed next to the excel table as the steps are shown. The coefficient determination percent describes the relationship between variables but was better understood to me in the correlation(r) terms.

Hello. I saw many researches (in physics) in good scientific journals. the researchers write r^2 as a correlation coefficient no as a coefficient of determination . While you and many websites write r as correlation coefficient. I don't understand ?
