Rayleigh and Jinbei accompany Luffy to Marineford to Honour Ace and Whitebeard Death

In this video, we analyze the scene where Silvers Rayleigh and Jinbei accompany Luffy to Marineford following the tragic deaths of Ace and Whitebeard. During their journey, Rayleigh displayed his incredible skills by using bullets to destroy incoming cannonballs, a feat that left many viewers in awe. This video breaks down Rayleigh's actions, suggesting that the bullets were likely enhanced with his powerful Haki, showcasing Rayleigh’s mastery of both Armament and Observation Haki. We dive deep into the significance of this scene, Rayleigh’s strength, and how his use of Haki enhances even the simplest of weapons.

Context of the Scene:
The video begins by setting the stage, explaining the emotional context behind Luffy’s return to Marineford with Rayleigh and Jinbei. After the loss of his brother Ace and witnessing Whitebeard’s death, Luffy’s decision to honor their memory by visiting the graveyard of Marineford speaks volumes about his determination and sense of closure.

As they approach Marineford, Rayleigh calmly intercepts incoming cannon fire, a demonstration of his calm, yet overwhelming strength.

Rayleigh’s Use of Bullets Against Cannonballs:
A highlight of the scene is Rayleigh’s impressive feat of using simple bullets to intercept and destroy cannonballs. We discuss how this display wasn’t just about quick reflexes but likely involved the use of Haki, specifically Armament Haki, to amplify the power and precision of his shots.

Considering Rayleigh’s legendary status as the Dark King and right-hand man of the Pirate King, his mastery of Haki is unquestioned. The video explores how even a bullet, when coated with Armament Haki, could easily surpass the destructive power of a cannonball.
Mastery of Armament Haki:

The video takes a deeper look into Rayleigh’s mastery of Armament Haki (Busoshoku Haki). Coating the bullets with Haki would allow them to have greater penetration, durability, and explosive impact. Rayleigh’s demonstration hints at his refined control over Haki, allowing him to coat even small objects like bullets and use them as powerful projectiles.
This moment also showcases how Haki can turn even mundane objects into weapons capable of incredible destruction in the hands of a skilled user.
Rayleigh’s Observation Haki:

In addition to Armament Haki, Rayleigh’s Observation Haki (Kenbunshoku Haki) is also likely in play here. His ability to sense the precise trajectory of the cannonballs and react with pinpoint accuracy shows just how skilled Rayleigh is in predicting movements and attacks.
We examine how Rayleigh’s combination of Observation and Armament Haki allows him to turn a defensive move into a powerful counterattack, preventing the cannonballs from ever reaching their target.

Comparison to Other Haki Users:
Rayleigh’s feat is compared to other powerful Haki users in the series, such as Luffy, Zoro, and Shanks. We explore how Rayleigh’s level of Haki surpasses most characters and how this scene reflects his experience and control over Haki compared to Luffy, who was still learning the basics at the time.
The video also draws parallels between Rayleigh’s precise use of Haki and Zoro’s control of his swordsmanship with Haki, showing how mastery allows one to extend their abilities beyond normal limits.

Rayleigh’s Influence on Luffy:
We discuss how this moment highlights the mentorship role Rayleigh played in Luffy’s development. While the scene occurs before Luffy’s Haki training, it foreshadows the depth of power Luffy would later learn under Rayleigh’s guidance.
The video explores how Luffy’s training with Rayleigh allowed him to understand the true potential of Haki, which would eventually play a crucial role in his growth as a fighter.

Symbolism of the Scene:
The video touches on the deeper symbolism of Rayleigh's intervention. By destroying the cannonballs, Rayleigh not only physically protected Luffy but also symbolically helped Luffy confront his grief and move forward from the tragic losses at Marineford.

Conclusion: Rayleigh’s act of using bullets to destroy cannonballs showcases his incredible Haki mastery and combat prowess.

Bro for the sake of looking cool my head cannon is regular armament is invisible but advanced is black, it would make sense since the reason black blades are black is because of consistent high concentrations being poured into it

Technically armament haki and observation still aren’t visible period and conquerors is just effects in the environment other than that though most of what you see is just them informing you that it has haki in it

But how do you know that the bullet coded with haki

Haki needs to be transfered from your body to the bullet... ben beckman was holding his pistol. His armament mastery is such that he can bestow a bullet haki THROUGH his gun from his hand. The Kuja need to use arrows because then theres only 1 stage of separation. Beckman is the only one who can use 2 stages of separation... unless its conquerors used as armament /Ryou
