oh my god!!! this is exactly what im facing right now . been struggling for 4 years with it. i always knew i had an issue with external rotation on one side and i had pain in my lower back, but never connected the two. went to the doctor and he just gave me a painkiller. Did nothing else. so glad i found this video

Keep these coming, a few weeks ago i started getting getting lower back pain that came on from carrying a wahing basket. Im a keen distance runner and struggled walking for over a week until i saw a chiro. As you say, the issue was with the hip (si joint) rather than my back

While lying on back, if I do bicycle exercise, my left hip constantly pops, when my left legs goes down.
