ProForm Pro HIIT H14 Elliptical Review | Elliptical Meets Stepper?
Показать описание
The ProForm Pro HIIT H14 Elliptical has a compact footprint with a mostly vertical elliptical stride. This makes it feel a little more like a stair stepper motion than a traditional elliptical. The stride length is just 5 inches long but 10 inches high.
The H14 delivers a challenging, low-impact workout. There are moving handles to work your upper body. The stationary handles have EKG pulse grips to measure your heart rate. If you want to use the moving handles but still track heart rate, pair a Bluetooth heart rate monitor with the H14.
There are 26 levels of silent magnetic resistance. The H14 does not have an incline or decline function, but the resistance is sufficient for creating a very intense workout. You can train at a higher cadence or rotations per minute than other elliptical machines, which makes the H14 even more effective.
The ProForm H14 uses iFIT to deliver all of the onscreen training content. New subscribers can try the fun training service free for 30 days. There are thousands of trainer-led classes. The H14 is compatible with the walking, running, and elliptical classes. Elliptical classes follow coaches as they skate and ski outdoors or train in the studio on an elliptical. Your resistance will automatically adjust to match the trainer’s cues.
ProForm covers this elliptical with a 10-year warranty on its frame, 2 years for parts, and 1 year for labor. It has a solid build and can support a maximum user weight of 325 lbs.
