Easy fix. Where the legs attach there are four bolts. Remove those bolts and take the legs off one at a time so the machine remains balanced. Put some grease on the inside of the leg mounts and put leg and bolts back on. I used wheel bearing grease and loctite for the bolts and it fixed it up nicely.

Try the 1st reply’s solution…it worked like a charm for my squeaky machine. It was doing the exact same thing as in your video

It’s two bolts there on bottom the y be one loose, ,, just opened mine thinking it was bands but turned out that is the two bolts there you can see them

Your installation was junk lol mine has been going strong for 3 years used every day at high resistance... Yes every day!!! Take it apart and install properly😊

This machine's internal wheel will break in less than a year. Pro form is trash
