Outgoing US President Joe Biden is meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping for the final time at the Apec summit in Peru.

It comes ahead of Donald Trump entering the White House in January 2025 after he won the US election against Kamala Harris.

This was the APEC summit in Perú where China has strategically has just built a Megaport to apparently exchange goods efficiently. I think USA should be very aware of what's going on in SouthAmerica with China gaining indefinite time concessions on control over ports in Perú and Montevideo.
