UBE BUTTER MOCHI RECIPE | Sally Funakoshi

UBE BUTTER MOCHI
Ingredients:
1 box mochiko flour
1 can coconut milk
2 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups whole milk
4 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 Tbsp ube extract
1 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Mix all ingredients, pour into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 1/8 tsp of salt over the top and bake for 1 hr at 350 degrees.

I am definitely a center person because I love the gooeyness of the center. I think you presented it so well (considering the color was not what you expected). I have to try this one day! Hey! I have never heard of Ube! I would really love to try this out. I wonder if it is easy to find mochiko flour. I love how sticky it looks. Yum! 🦃 The gravy is my fave, because I only make it on Thanksgiving and I have an incredible recipe!
