I've been a dedicated FF user for years. Once I went to W11 FF became a stuttering mess. I can use Chrome or Edge with NO issues. Right now I am on FF 121.0.1 with no improvement. This is not a resource issue, my CPU < 5% and over 20GB memory free.

Still broken when using Firefox in Linux distros. Severity appears to depend on hardware used.

The problem has been getting progressively worse to the point where with 120.08b anything on YT greater than 1080p is useless whether in the regular play window or especially in full screen. This is *slowly* popping up ion multiple forums and not just Mozilla.

If anyone has ambient mode turned on on youtube, shut that off! It's increases gpu usage, and drains battery a lot faster.
