This tunnel make your wish come true but it costs some time from your life right?, so apparently the fact that in the last scene where Hanashiro goes into the tunnel after receiving the messege from Touno, she had a wish which was to meet Touno again and the urashima tunnel made her wish come true since she was willing to meet Touno again, think about it, the tunnel loops itseft, the things just doesn't magically appears but it is like a setting set by the tunnels own time since there is no laws of time of rrality inside the tunnel. Its kinda sound crazy after you realise it.
