I wish Ladino was widely spoken. It’s so cool how similar it is to Spanish but it’s rarer than Yiddish (which German speakers probably feel how cool the similarities are…which I’m jealous of 😂)

In response to some questioning the use of the Lord's Prayer herein: As Yeshua was a jew and Christianity did not exist when Yeshua spoke these holy words, I personally feel this is a wonderful choice of text.

Why didn't Jews in Europe spoke every day any derivates of Aramaic as their ancestors in Judea, only the variations of host's languages?

I find it interesting that the Yiddish word for amen is not just amen considering it comes from Hebrew.
