I just can’t believe despite knowing I’m Jewish my family has told me my whole life ladino was just the weird dialect of Spanish we all spoke not its own Jewish language

Ladino is not a language, it’s just Spanish with different dialects, I’ve heard it and listen it and it’s Spanish.
