It's been a while since I budgeted my paycheck and I have a new financial focus now that my credit cards are all paid off. My new goal is saving as much money as possible. I love weekly budgeting. But definitely have to use a monthly calendar to tell me when bills are due

I think this is worth a try! I admit that I've only budgeted monthly & biweekly though. 😅

This may or may not be more work or helpful, but I'd stick with just figuring out when your bills come out & how they fit within your budget (aka find out which check/week is the most bill heavy). Once you figure that out & are comfortable witg the buffer in your account, next month automate them in chunks (either by date or whichever check they'd most likely fall on) and ease into it from there.
