Based upon the criticality, a business could increase the frequency of backups as a risk management RPO strategy.

Feels like RTO was wrongly explained. In that exaplanation, the RTO will be all the time since application has been running without issues until the downtime started, which in fact can be months or years. But RTO is actually the data loss since the incident started until service got restored. So both RTO and RPO arrows in the diagram should start after the fire. Cheers.
