Dining In Hidden Restaurants!

Hidden behind a painting in a gallery or in the basement of a gas station, the best restaurants are the ones you didn’t even know existed. One was so secret that I wasn't even allowed to bring my cameraman inside!

Thanks to all the hidden restaurants we visited!

Anyone miss when Nick actually cooked things. I don’t mean like his recent steak video that was made with the attention span of an 11 year old on tictok I mean the style of video he made like 2 years ago my favorite example is his French onion burger video, straight to the point but still fun, there were jokes but the whole video wasn’t a joke, you know

Nick not realising that the Temple Canteen was in fact not hidden and that’s how pretty much all canteens are in South Asia has to be the most adorable mistake ever.

As much as I love Nicks channel, im starting to miss his old content when it was an actual cooking channel. I wish he made more foods from different cultures.

Edit: I never said i didn't like his current content, I actually enjoy it. I just said that i MISSED his old content.
Get it right people.

I love that you were trying the foods that I eat at home, it makes me really happy to see and I’m glad you’re open to trying out everything from different cultures. Actually a lot of temples have some sort of cafeteria/canteen in the basement! The food is always 👌🏽👌🏽

I appreciate how Nick says Shawarma, kafta, and Falafel. Keeping it traditional and pronouncing it properly 💪🏽

This was one of the coolest videos I've watched on this channel. I loved it. I can't wait for a part 2 featuring guga as you watch him get even more confused than nick trying to find the hidden doors.

I wonder if there are any restaurants hidden inside escape rooms.

I’m surprised you actually found the restaurant in the Indian temple. I usually eat whenever we go to the temple, and they always hide the restaurant. I’m also surprised that you enjoyed the dosa and mango lassi!! I always get that

Nick I just had the pleasure of dining at Duck Sel this past Saturday for the 15 course tasting menu. It was incredible to say the least and thank you for finding and sharing! 10 out of 10 experience!

I moved away from Chicago a few years back, but so happy to see Oasis Cafe is still around. I used to go there on Tuesdays for their Moroccan Chicken special -- it's so much food for the price too. But really anything on the menu from the kefta to the hummus to the lentil soup is fantastic. If anyone is ever in Chicago, it's definitely a must stop.
