Not sure about legacy server (since i already quit from your server) but for hyper return servers. Because PVP content today is actually more rewarding since the guild store compensate more progressive materials rather then BH right now.

Is one willing to invest sufficient VIT or roll VIT divinity to reduce their PVE BH damage due to lack of main stats to pursue PVP content is a huge individual choice.
