In this video I'm talking about non-alcoholic wines. How non alcoholic wines are made and how non alcoholic wines are tasted. There are three common techniques how alcohol is removed from the wine. The first one is called Vacuum Distillation, the second one Reverse Osmosis and finally the third one is called Spinning Cone Column

What about alcohol-free wines with labels 0.0% alcohol? I tried a wine called "Live free chardonay" and i got a headache after drinking just a little bit. In general I felt like I drank some alcohol. EU regulations allow alcohol in beverages even if they have a label 0.0%? If there is no alcohol what made me feel light, dizzy, warm etc.?

So are NA wines truly 100% alcohol free? Sometimes you see labels that say “alcohol removed”, which (to me) implies there might still be some in there. it just seems like a gray area.

I don’t agree about the fact that non-alcoholic is not always cheap.

I have never came across a premium offering of non- alcoholic wine. The max I have ever seen or tried my best to search is $40 usd a bottle. Which in a normal wine world, this is just barely touching the mid- priced category. When you consider the extra step to remove the alcohol part, the base wine is even cheaper.
