It's not that hard to Cleaning the lens element's in Ai-s NIKKOR 85mm 1:2.
I use nail polish remover to soften the thread lock on the lens retaining ring's, it will make it A LOT more easy to unscrew it.
In this film I use "Eclipse" cleaning fluid and "PEC-PAD" non-abrasive wipes to clean the lens surface.
You can also use lighter fluid and "PEC-PAD" non-abrasive wipes to clean the lens surface. it's also really good cleaning solvent (sometimes better...).
