I’m a mechanic for a fire department and 3 out 5 of us are adhd and the shop has no organization whatsoever I’ve tried to get it straight but that was fruitless so all I can do now I worry my work area which is not a problem for me but the other two adhd’ers work area spills out into the entire shop and I can’t seem to teach them to stay organized in their work area it actually affects the productivity of everyone because we constantly have to pick up behind them any suggestions
