I’m excited to hear what you discovered - as to why you fell off. The mindfulness aspect of my DFJ (debt free journey) is my favorite part. I also follow tbm method & got out of debt about a yr ago. I took an entire yr off budgeting bc I was so militant while in debt & I wanted to make sure I have a healthy relationship w/money moving fwd. So now I’m also back to budgeting & it feels so different being debt free I almost don’t know what to do with myself lol 🥂 cheers to the journey, the accomplishments & all the discoveries 🩵💎
