Good review. This is a very useful review for me, as I really don't put this in the category of smartphone. For me this is a one of a kind mobile device, that will be very useful for work and study. This is a modern PDA with telephony capabilities.

Thats the reason I want this device. I am always on the go and i go to school too so this is perfect for me. Wireless charging NFC 5G are all features that I dont even use on my current phone anyways.

Really appreciate your review. A true influencer that understands what reviews are about. Disappointed about other creators using words like trash to describe the Duo and other devices without understanding the lengths companies and by extension the teams who worked years in most cases to develop and bring a product to the market. I am yet to get my unit to unbox and review on my channel and very much still exciting about the possibilities with the understanding about what Microsoft is trying to achieve especially by not saying that the Surface Duo is not a phone. Props again keep up the good work 👍🏽

It's got some promise based on the design. This is a refined take of the lg dual screen implementation. $1400 is a tough ask for what they're offering.

Thank you for this review. I think it's definitely been the better one at explaining the duo and showcasing it. I'm very torn, this look and use case is my idea of a foldable phone, but not much is being shown for other apps. Hopefully by the time it comes to the UK other apps might be making use of it's new features.

I can't remember the last time I bought a phone/device and had that fun first 24-48 hrs of learning and ah-ha moments. I figured that Microsoft wanted to give reviewers time to get accustomed to the gestures and thought process of utilizing two screens. I'm productivity-focused. Its been a couple years since I've played a game on my phone. I need to reference other information while researching a subject. I absolutely need this type of device.

Why doesn't surface headphones 2 work in xbox party chat the Mic doesn't work?! Xcloud join party chat but can't communicate, can hear but can't talk. Please help

Nice review! It has so many compromises though. Why is it only WiFi5? Why isn’t it running Android 11? I really liked it after playing around with it at Best Buy, but at a flag ship price, I’m not so sure.

First Gen device with all good and bad that comes with it but the premise of greatness is there. Good for productivity, not for watching movies. At the moment.

this is a dual screen Tablet phone hybrid not a smart phone that is OK but not for everyone. People who like a screen bigger than a smart
phone has will like it & it's dual multi tasking capabilities but it has to get more features to be popular with people who have current single
smart phones which have more features. in time it will get more features
