CX Heroes: Share your story to win | Genesys

At Genesys, we believe that customer service agents are everyday heroes, going above and beyond to provide great customer experiences. We want to hear your stories to reward some of these everyday heroes and we want to share your stories with the world. Do you have a coworker who’s gone above and beyond for a customer? An employee?
