There's an easier way to do 2nd example 👇🏻
x/2 + x/2 + y + y=180
2(x/2+y)= 180
x/2+y =180/2
x upon 2 plus y = 90
i.e ROT=90°

<por=5/12 ×180°=75°

*Pair means 2*
So, it would be sum of all angles on one side of a line at a point is 180°

Mam second example mein angle 1 2 3 and and 4 are not making linear pair because in linear pair there is only two angles but in this line segment there are four angles so they are making angles on straight line
