The euls/upgrade is so that you can use it to essentially let all of your abilities come off cooldown during the (euls effect) and thus continue to be unstoppable with enrage/earthshock enrage

I've been sticking to this build for a long time on offlane.
Wind waker + Octarin3 is the main idea that can be done on quite many heroes (moat likely on Dark Willow) the rest is not essential.
basher, Satanic into swift or arcane blink works way better into the build in my opinion unless it's just unnecessary.

Honestly i think the normal pub stomp build works better in my 0mmr games. Boots blink diffusal and its pretty much over from that point. Also you can be a bro and take the tormentor for your poor supports at 20mins to get that commend in the end.

I had this teamm8 who have almost the same build and its nuts. His like darius kingcade.. the only time his dead is when enemy built nulifier

The original idea was Aghs + octarine, with only 14s CD on Enrage. It was a semi tank pos 1 Ursa who it's job to tank every possible spell the enemy cast and make the enemy commit almost their entire set combo just to kill ursa

You guys can counter it with silence not chain stun because if the pick extra 20% status resist from talent.

The euls is actually for the wind waker, with the octarine's cooldown reduction partnered with Ursa's annoying fast cooldown ulti.

The euls is there to buy time in between cooldowns of your earth shock and enrage (with octarine of course). So basically you're almost not gonna die if you play your cd's well.

Windwaker let's you reset and reposition.. the tornado last long enough for most heros to get two rotations of spells so it's kind of secretly a cdr item.

But Ames build is to have faster movement speed as well as always have his w online never run out, realize his w is always on cd

im 5-0 in ancient rn doing this. it's actually pretty good specially if ur offlane is not a tanky engage, cuz you just front line for ur team. and the fact that you cant really get bursted with enrage. this build is pretty good against pa too (just get mkb)

Is this the new tide ta. Nah but would it work if you went offlane and went like diffusal into blink and then the euls heart octarine. Have a posb1 ranged damage dealer ta drow muerta luna gyro etc. The survivability etc would be great and if they step near the ranged tower taker you murder them with earthshocks into diffusal slow

How about instead of euls, go for disperser?
Works really well with ursa old build at mid game having diffu and disperser can AOE purge so the same thing.
