Calculus 1: Curve Sketching Rational Functions, Graphs with Holes & Oblique Asymptotes | Professor V

Показать описание
Examples graphing rational functions following the guidelines of curve sketching for the Calculus 1 student (domain, intercepts, asymptotes, critical values, intervals of increase and decrease, local extrema, intervals of concavity, inflection points, and graph). Examples include a rational function with two vertical asymptotes, rational function with a hole in the graph, and lastly a rational function with an oblique/slant asymptote. It's a good one but a long one, so grab a snack and get comfy!

Professor V this is a classic selection of functions and graphical analysis from precalculus and calculus 1. I enjoyed your videos along with MIT open class ware videos. I took all the calculus sequence at the old Catonsville Community College in Baltimore County Maryland in the mid 1980's. From what I can remember, I did not have any of my professors explained things this well.
