Deployment automation is one of the leading indicators of DevOps improvements and has direct impact on the Four Key metrics, but where do you start? Deployment automation goes beyond just infrastructure as code - it involves removing manual and imperative operations, and building scalable, secure pipelines that can spin up base infrastructure and applications as needed. During this session we’ll show some deployment automation best practices and how best to implement them using tools like Terraform and the Kubernetes Resource Model.
