This team is next level, seriously. How the heck do they manage to find these clips in the archives so fast and the timing is second to none. Seriously, well done. These are gold.

As a Sergeant in the United States Army, one crucial leadership skill I learnt from Sir Alex was to make sure I had control of my Soldiers and to get rid of any Soldier who thought they could be an individual as quickly as possible else they infect the whole squad.

The thing is though, I don't even think Fergie would know what to do with Ronaldo now. He handled him so well but that was at a time when Ronaldo's career was on an upward trajectory, now it's dropping along with his fitness and sharpness and just leaving the huge ego still on 100%, NOBODY could deal with this any better than the current boss.

Absolutely spot on, Ten Haag has to take control of the team no matter how legendary Cristiano is for us!

Ferguson controlled his places with a iron fist, and he wouldn't allowed egos out of control like Ronaldo, pogba and other big egos who have or still playing for united

Love him or hate him, nobody can deny he was the best of his time.

I'm sure Sir Alex would be impressed by Ten Hag's management so far. "No player is bigger than the club"

Although I do understand and sympathise with Ronaldo's situation. There are two sides to every story.

"The manager is the most important person". Did you hear that, Cristiano?

Ten Hag is seemingly implementing a modern method of football and the discipline required to get to the top. Ferguson came here after success with Aberdeen. Ten Hag arrives after a successful European stint with Ajax.

Fergie got the club to a point where it policed itself. You listen to the ex players. they had leaders and accountability from what he instilled. Once he left, the remaining few senior pro’s had no chance of upholding it. Damn shame.

Pep Guardiola learned a lot from Sir Alex Ferguson how to handle players either the good ones or the bad ones. Cantona was the hardest player to manage.

Yip, I get it but Ferguson is not at the club now and only Ronaldo knows what is truly going on... Managers and players still need to earn respect... at the moment the jury should still be out on United new manager...Ronaldo has without doubt earned his badge and deserves respect...
