With the Cambridge Air Solutions™ ESC-Series evaporative cooling unit, industrial and commercial clients can provide a large volume of cooled, tempered ventilation without mechanical cooling to keep their workers safe and comfortable.

An indirect cooling module is critical to the first stage of the evaporative cooling process. A patented polymer heat exchanger separates the ventilation airstream from the vaporizer airstream for sensible cooling without adding moisture.

The second stage of the commercial and industrial cooling process provides additional temperature depression through the adiabatic direct evaporative process, which is a reduction of in air pressure within the system that results in volume expansion and heat transfer.

The ESC-Series evaporative cooling unit is a semi-custom fabricated air handler that can utilize direct (DEC), indirect (IEC) evaporative cooling, or a combination of both indirect/direct (2-Stage) evaporative cooling to meet specific usage and dimensional requirements. The solution comes with a variety of options such as stainless steal construction, energy recovery, fan arrays, special filtration, and additional heating or cooling modules. The ESC-Series is the solution to your commercial and industrial cooling and ventilation needs.

Cambridge Air Solutions™ has a commitment to enriching lives by helping building owners, facility leaders, engineers and contractors create safer and more comfortable working environments for their hard-working people.

Evaporative Cooling is different. Direct cooling as in video adding moisture to the air. Indirect cooling from industry leaders with Wet bulb temperature. Dew-point regenerative indirect evaporative cooling from Maisotsenko Cycle.
