In this video, we have established the two Laws of Expectation, viz:-

Product Law of Expectation:
E(XY)=E(X)E(Y)

Sum Law of Expectation:
E(X+Y)=E(X)+E(Y)

if Xand Y are two discrete random variables. Show that E(X+Y) =E(X)+E(Y)
