I feel sorry for the Plaintiff but it wasn't the defendants fault.

The JJ I know today would have insisted that she go after the owner of the dog for not having control of their anmal for sure!

JJ made a point. The defendant wasn't being insensitive; rather, the plaintiff is being super sensitive.
Unfortunately, it was an accident. Sadly, accidents happen.

She is suing the wrong person. She freaking bullied her neighbor. She should have asked who the person’s dog was. Totally wrong. Not only that the neighbor was remorseful just because she felt bad. But in the end, she turned into a bully and bullied her neighbor. Not okay

Im glad JJ said it because this plaintiff absolutely was being super sensitive. And I get it, we LOVE our pets. And we want someone to hurt the way we do when something like this happens. But this isnt the defendants fault. Yet she was kind and empathetic to the pain of the plaintiff and tried to do something to at least help. She sounds like a lady I would love to have as a neighbor. This plaintiff needs to seek counseling for her pain and loss and she needs to sue the owner of the dog.

I honestly think the plaintiff may be on the spectrum. Having worked with young adults with autism, they present a lot of the same traits: her speech patterns, the self soothing by touch, the odd, out of place facial expressions. I could be wrong, but that would make sense given the odd terms of the case.
