Hello Adama, your both channels have impacted me alot😊.

Please, how did you get to the point where you were sure that SRE was the field for you since you only had a background in geography which is not related to SRE, or did you just pick randomly?

I have a degree in biotechnology, I thought about doing data science (bioinformatics) but I don't like the fact that it's crowded, most people are training to be data scientists in Nigeria where I'm from. it's scary and I don't really like going where "everyone" is going.

And the last thing (for now😊), do you think your location has favoured your career growth being an SRE? I'm currently in Nigeria and it won't be wise to be trained in a field that no company even knows they need services in yet.
