Thank you! I saw how distraught and worried my past self was for committing those mistakes, gave my past self a hug and reassured her that everything is alright now. I felt so much compassion and love for her. When it ended, I felt lighter and so much more relieved. I let it go by deleting that note :) I feel much happier now.

The thing that hurted me was that when she said remember a moment where you felt unconditional love ... Then I realised I never felt unconditional love by someone

I really enjoyed doing this meditation finally. I say this because I had to truly calm myself down and focus on what you were telling me to do, and how to do it. So I had to listen several different times. This meditation really worked for me even though I had distraction in between.
