This is the teaser for some of the filming we've been doing recently. Zero is a dog aggressive Saluki that wouldn't take food on his first session. Now he's socialising with other dogs in the local park - how did we do it? Follow me on social and in the coming weeks I'm going to show you what we did from start to finish. PLUS, we're planning to work with lots of other dogs with different behaviour issues.

Wow! Well done! I have exactly the same issues with my tricolour Saluki, Zero's twin! I can't ever imagine we'll ever get to the point where we can be anywhere near a Labrador; enemy no.1!

I agree with desensitization 100%, but I wouldn't label that dog as "aggressive" with those few little piddly barks at another dog. Many dogs that aren't socialized will bark at something or someone unfamiliar...
The owner also commented on how stressed she was walking her dog. That will also make a dog bark, as they feed off a persons energy...
Glad you helped her.

Good work! Isn’t your train station analogy more to do with habituation than desensitisation? Habituation is a term that seems to be disappearing lately. Am I correct in saying, you desensitise only if you have been sensitised?

Why do you assume that this is an aggressive dog?

Because this Dog « reacts » to the sight of other dogs or people?

What do you think is he looking for when he is barking ?
