Feeling like Hoyo found a writer with a dark mind, told them that world looks pretty on the outside. But also told them to make the story dark on repeat for each nation. I don't think our poor traveler will get a break from the insanity until we can finally confront the sibling. And I honestly feel like Liyue is the least corrupt of all the nations, sure the Fatui are there, but they're kinda miserable thx to Ninggaung 😂. Like Mondstadt they're just being tolerated, but like Jean, Ninggaung is fed up with their overly aggressive behavior. I honestly feel like there's eventually going to be a breaking point where everyone declares war on the cryo nation

if you hear the song travail from tnbee, it describes the journey of the traveler.

starts from khaenri'ah (the fallen sad song)
to monstadt stereotype, continues to
liyue, inazuma, and sumeru
you will know once you hear it, fits so much to the nations stereotype, and after the sumeru part, it's a creepy scary song like a theme song for a haunted house which probably describes fontaine that might have dark secret behind it's beautifulness. the spanish waltz music after it just describes the pyro nation (idk the name) and there is also terrifying song for snezhnaya part, and back to the fallen and sad khaenri'ah theme. i don't know if "travail" itself is an official song from hoyo, but that song really describes the whole journey tbh
