I feel like it’s overwhelming with how much we as people have to work on. Working, school, emotional health, physical health, general well-being. It’s so much. You can be thriving in one area and then you need to work on another. It’s a lot😭

I'm generally a rational and chill person, but this video made me realize that I exibit drama traits in one area of my life. It was eye opening for me. I'll continue by taking further actions in order to eliminate the cause that makes me be dramatic in that situation

To add to it, I think there's something more to hiding, which is reading and consuming a bunch of self-developpement content, but not taking action afterwards. You feel good, you get the general message, but you return to your good old ways until something happens and you react in a low value way and boom, it's back to self-developpement again.
