Many dreams disappear, sure. But some stick with you. I'm 40 and I still remember some dreams as far back as when I was 5. lol

for the first few months after my husband died, he appeared in several of my dreams. he didn't speak, he simply stood there, looking healthy and much younger.

#20 about lucid dreams... I've had many dreams where I am aware I am dreaming but it's more like I am living in a different life or a parallel universe. Hard to explain. It's pretty cool though 😊

I'm and always have been a lucid dreamer. I'm an artist, I could draw before I could write. I usually remember parts of the dreams that are so vivid, I can't forget them. I once used one that was such a vivid image, of an alien world, which I ended up painting and using as the cover for a science fiction novel I wrote for English at school, when my class had to do a novel, when we were 13. It was a desert like world with pearl like buildings on a cliff, below a pink cloudy sky.
Sometimes I can see and read weird notices and road signs. Not often though and usually when something is worrying me. 🤔

#9: Dreams/Schizophrenia. I had never thought of this before, but that makes SO much sense!

I know my little dog has dreams. He'll be laying on the sofa next to me, peacefully sleeping, then his feet will twitch and muffled "woofs" will escape from his mouth. I always say, "get 'em, boy! Get 'em!" He goes on twitching his feet and softly woofing for a couple of minutes, then goes quiet and sleeps peacefully.

I have very weird dreams sometimes involving people that I knew that are dead now. I've also had dreams that helped me a lot. I'm a software developer and have had problems with issue in the code. In my dream I figured out the issue... then woke up at 3am and got straight on my computer and fixed the issue.

I've had some wild dreams. I've had a lot of night terrors/nightmares. Over being ill I have to sleep as often as I can. Sounds lazy but that's what a brain injury can do. Love this channel Mike. It helps me. Also if you want to remember a dream after you wake up then say the dream out loud you'll remember it. Studies have been done on this 👌

#5 is a complete lie. When I was a kid, I dreamed of being in a room full of strangers. 15 to 20 years later, I was introduced to my coworker/friend's family. It was the exact room full of strangers I had dreamed about.

I work in a daycare. I can say with full confidence that night terrors do in fact occur in babies. We had a few who got them during nap time. It was almost impossible to wake them up. By the time they were 2, they’d grown out of them. At least during naptime. I’m sure they still have them at home

About being chased. For years bears chased me in my dreams. Nothing I did could prevent them from coming through the door or finding me hiding on top of the refrigerator. Carl Jung helped me understand that the bear is my mother, and that I was evading something in our relationship. I reconciled with her, and the bear dreams ended.

Dreaming is highly underrated. Some of the most fun I've ever had was in dreams. That's also where I have learned more about myself and influenced some of my decisions. If you don't pay attention to your dreams you're missing out on some of the best experiences in life.

Lucid dreaming is also really good to get into but it requires practice over time but the benefits are worth the work you put in. Sadly there's a lot of misinformation

90% of my are nightmares primarily of the 12 years of bullying I lived through including gang based violence eg 7 v 1 of which I ended up with a busted nose and fractured ribs. Or the bullying I experienced in the first few years of work. I also live through the 3 car accidents I lived through.
