This was the last game I beat with my father before he passed away early 2009. We always loved to play games together and the original gears of war was my dads favorite video game ever. He died 8 months after gears of war 2 released. I'll always remember beating the campaign the night of the midnight release.

This is for me the best video game trailer. No over-the-top action, no eccentric description, no story spoiling. Just pure visual narration, a song that fits perfectly and a sneak peek of what was to come... That's it.

I freakin love the whole Gears of War series, been a fan since 2006, the first one was my first 360 game.
Heck, it was the main reason to buy an Xbox 360.
The fact that you can play all these games on the Xbox One and the Series X is simply awesome ❤️
