I was always told by other dancers at my club that walking heel first is the best way to bust your ass, isn’t it better to try and put the weight into your toes since that’s where there’s more surface area? Versus the thin heel?

Why did you say not to get any higher than 6 inch when 7 inch heels actually have a flatter footbed?

My first pair were 7’s and they’re much more comfortable than 6 inch for someone with very small feet.

Id rather say that dont do heel toe with platform pelasers. Like you saed its like a extention to your foot, like part of you, id rather image you are walking on your tippy toes, The platform landing first, it helps to practise without shoes aswell as you just walk around your house... The heel toe is fab with regular heels but this tippy toe visualisation help with big platforms. Makes your turns etc look more gracefull because essentially your weight is on your toes 🥰🥰

Im training to be a new dancer i dont normally wear heels im so worried that i wont be able to pass the audition to work at the club bc i tried them on and almost died

tips good keep going
my opinion is much easier walk in pole heels
then regular heels especially long hours
I'm not a dancer just an average guy who love high heels the higher the better
8 inch is that height is safe to wear in public anything higher is tricky until you have practice
my daily regular heels is 10 inch beyond boots,
I love them but after two year experiences
down to foot pach or crossing the roads is still risk to fall when you step onto small stones

As A Man who wears these brands 6"-8" for daily wear. I don't wear them to work, because of my profession, would be a big NO. but on the weekend for fashion, and down time, YES.
I receive many compliments, looks of wow, and Astonishment, and surprise, as I can walk with ease. I just wish I wasn't so ignorant earlier in life.

I also teach pole dancing. I don't do it. I just teach it and my girls wear 12 inch heels with 6 inch platforms and the way she was showing it to Wok swing your hips back-and-forth if you're wearing a big platform that's the last thing you wanna do because you'll put the shoe Edge and you'll flip over you want the big platform to put all the weight on the platform on the heel but not go side side keep it straight in front of you at all times what she showed will work with platforms but if you're wearing like a 12 inch heeland a 6 inch platform you'll tumble over with that walk
